BACK@SCHOOL
Dear Students, Parents, and families of Newell Christian School
The first day of school is almost here. We are so excited about what God will do in and through the lives of the students and families of NCS this year. With great joy and anticipation, I want to extend a warm welcome to all our students, both new and returning, as we start a new year of learning to follow and love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
I hope you had a restful and enjoyable summer, filled with opportunities to relax, explore, and create lasting memories with your loved ones. Our dedicated staff is prayed up, prepared, and looking forward to walking with every student, providing guidance, support, and encouragement as students pursue academic excellence, personal growth, and spiritual development.
As we look forward to the first day of school quickly approaching, here are a few things that you should know:
1. First Day of School is September 5, at 8:30am
8:30am - Meet and Greet with teachers in classrooms
8:40am - Special first day of school chapel. Parents are invited to join.
9:00am - Parent/family orientation. Come and learn about the vision, direction, and plans for this year
2. Back2School Family BBQ (pot-bless style) is September 7, at 6pm, at NCS.
Life is better together. The whole family is invited to come and join us for a night of celebration, food, friendship, family, and vision. Bring your family, lawn chairs, a dessert or side, and get ready for a beautiful night.
